Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Cardiac Codex account and the data tied to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Cardiac Codex (iPhone, iPad, Android, or app.cardiaccodex.com) and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Read the warning, then type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2: Ask us by email

If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm by reply once it is done, normally within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your login (email address and password) and profile (display name, certification track, exam date)
• Your study data: quiz answers, scores, mastery data, mock exam attempts, bookmarks, and lesson progress
• Your Cardiac Coach conversations
• Any active Monthly subscription is cancelled with our payment processor, so you are not billed again

What we keep, and for how long

• Payment records held by Stripe (our payment processor) for completed purchases, which we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes, typically up to 7 years.
• Access codes you redeemed stay valid as records, but are unlinked from you.
• Routine server logs and backups, which expire on their normal schedule (within 30 days).

Deleting your account does not automatically refund a past purchase. For refund questions, email [email protected].
