Left Bundle Branch Area Pacing (LBBAP)

A physiological conduction system pacing technique in which the lead is screwed through the interventricular septum from the RV side to capture the left bundle branch or its fascicles, ensuring synchronized LV activation and avoiding the dyssynchrony of traditional RV apical pacing.
